wiring harness availibility 700

I have read in the FAQ that the engine wiring harness for these cars is a typical fail point and am in the process of trying to track down a replacement for my fathers 1987 745 non turbo car. The FAQ metions a price of around $250-$350 but I cant even seem to find any near that price, or in most cases at all!

I did see it available at IPD but they were asking around $500! Anyone know of a good place to find these things at a reasonable price? I would even consider a used but updated harness if it were available...
