Electronic locking and cruise control 200 1990

Recently I had my center console apart to install a new heater control valve and a switch for a push fan. All that went well.
But when I got it back together neither the electronic locking system nor the cruise control works. Took it apart to check. I found 2 green wire which I have no idea where they go. All the ground wires are secure and all fuses are good.
Can you help me through some trouble shooting? The more details the better.
