Clutch Slave Rebuild Question 120-130 1967

I've got the slave out and on the bench to rebuild it, but the piston is stuck in the cylinder. I've soaked it with penetrating oil and it won't budge. Any suggestions how I can free it up so it comes out and I can finish the rebuild.
