Hi all, I thought I would post a thank you for the FAQ and brickboard.
Basically, I was having an intermittent no hot start problem on my 1990 740 turbo wagon. I read the FAQ that stated the common causes of a no hot start: Fuel injection relay, Radio suppression relay, RPM sensor. Well I thought that it can't be one of those items because they were all relatively new. SO I started throwing other parts at it with no luck.
Then I decided hey let me start back to square one with what the FAQ says as a probable cause. I was able to switch out the cooling fan relay for the RSR and was able to confirm that the RSR was the culprit.
Thanks again.
