Timing Belt shifts almost falling off 700 1990

After springing a seal leak in my Volvo 780 I decided to change the timing belt all the seals tensioner and water-pump. I have the car timed perfectly with the car firing up in less than a second. :D The only problem I have is that the timing belt moves to fall off in less than a couple seconds (I stop it so I do not have to re-time it.
I am not sure what it is any insight would be great.

Thanks.
