Instructions for R12 to R134a conversion 200

After 22 years of R12 A/C service, I need to convert my system to R134a. The conversion kit 91348048-6 is no longer available. However, I am told (by a Volvo parts person) that the individual parts are still available. Thus, the only thing I have not been able to source is the conversion instructions. Does anyone know where I can find them (as a web page or pdf or other format)?
