Weight limit for roof with two roof racks / boxes ? 700

The manual states 220 Ibs (100kg) max roof load capacity, but doesn't specify if for gutter mount racks like thule or for oem . Can someone please confirm the combined weight limit for two racks with two boxes. I have read here that many have carried a lot more weight for short distances, but I will be traveling 2700 miles and would like to be on the safe side. Also has anyone had experience with these kinds of boxes in high wind conditions? Any info would be greatly appreciated
