'73 154 wagon

First time posting. Have been looking for a straight, original, dry 145 wagon for some time and am winning bidder for this '73:

I live in Ventura County, CA and need advice regarding a reasonably local mechanic who could get it road worthy without breaking the bank. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Tom
