Advice needed for a front end rebuild 120-130

Hello all, it's time to replace a decent amount of the front end in my 67 122. All of the parts themselves are seemingly okay it's mostly bushings I think.

I have a few questions and would really appreciate some advice on a few things.

*First of all I need all the bushings redone, I was looking at the ipd full kit. Anyone have opinions on that?

*next up is the idler arm bushing as it is about gone. Is this fairly easy to do by itself or should I wait until I have all the parts and get everything done at the same time?

*I need shocks and springs as well and I really enjoy a stiffer ride in general but don't want to do anything too drastic.
Is it reasonable to replace these with the 123gt specs or will I need to compensate in other ways as well?

Also looking for a spring source if anyone has any ideas.

Lastly, is it going to drive like a squirrel if I do the front and leave the back stock/rotting away or can I wait a while on that one?

THANKS!
