coolant loss, slow oil loss, white smoke

my 780:

-slow loss of coolant. about every other day it needs to be topped off.
-even slower loss of oil. under a quart every 2 weeks or so.
-white smoke out of the exhaust, but only after a hot start (still starts hard hot...replaced fuel pump check valve to no avail-going to clean IAC this weekend). runs sort of rough on hot and cold startup.
-doesn't really show other signs of headgasket problem. no milky deposits on dipstick or filler cap and oil does not seem to be entering the expansion tank

ideas?
