Care and feeding of the 142 B20B engine 140-160

If all goes well, soon I'll be the proud owner of a 142 with the B20B engine. I assume that I should only use premium unleaded fuel, but what about the oil? I've heard that 15-40 diesel oil should be used, but I've also heard that certain additives the older B20 engines need aren't in it. What about adding a zinc additive at each oil change - useful or snake-oil?

Any other bits of advice?

Thanks!
