94 940 power seats 900

I am new to the 940 clan. I have been around 240's but this is my first 940 .. I just bought a one owner 94 940 with 145K on the clock for my daughter. all service have been done to date. Of course there is always something.. Front power seat gear works on left side only. Motor works just fine but the right doesn't seem to engage..Problem number two, sunroof does not close all the way without pushing the wind deflector down manual with your finger ..Over all that's about it..Please advise..
