power steering for early 140 140-160 1968

I was at the local wrecking yard today and found a 75 244 with a B20 engine complete with power steering and A/C. I've been wanting to put power steering on my 68 142 for quite awhile and was wondering if this transplant is possible? I'm pretty sure I'd need to take the whole steering assembly. My engine is a B20B out of a 69 or 70 140.
On another note i'm thinking about rebuilding my engine this coming winter and would like some input on items i'll need to buy for the engine. I'm hoping I can get away with just honing the bores and putting new rings on the pistons. Are new main bearings essential? I've got an Isky cam (which i believe has the same lift as an Ipd street performance cam) to install at the same time.

Thanks in advance,

Chris
