88 780 PRV to 89 Turbo swap 700

My PRV is dead (what a shock!).

When I was looking around for a new one I came across an 89 780 turbo in a junk yard (mine's an 88 PRV). Am i correct in assuming that the swap would be really straight forward? Engine, accessories, harness and ECU? Bell housing too, or is it a different tranny all together?
