Blower motor working, minimal air flow in '98 V 90 S90-V90

98 V 90 with cool blowing AC is blowing minimal through the vents. Heat same way. Blower motor seems to work at full power. No audible visible blockage.
Any suggestions welcome , where to start taking things apart.
