May buy 92 945 turbo - fair price? 900

Just in the early thinking stage here. Haven't checked out this car yet. I am looking for feedback/opinions on what would be a fair price for a 92 945 turbo with almost 300k on it. The car is located in the Northeast.

This is a one owner car owned by an acquaintance of mine. My understanding is that the car has always been well maintained by a local Volvo independant. The body is outstanding, but I know nothing about the rest of the car.

Any price thoughts assuming it is good mechanical shape?
