No Power 700 1987

I have an 87 760 turbo wagon that I am trying to get on the road. I have done a lot of repairs and have gone over the whole engine...replaced bad wiring, checked relays, pumps, hoses, done a good tune up etc etc etc. The engine starts and runs great. I took it out on the road yesterday for the first time and found that there are times the car just has no power. Occasionally it just wont accelerate when it is in drive...it seems to be bogging down. The brakes are not binding and the tranny seems fine...it seems to be an engine problem. when I put it in neutral the engine revs fine...and then it will clear up and seem to run fine ?? Anyone have any suggestions ?? Turbo seems ok too....
