I just washed my poor, neglected, beat-on 240 today.

I wanted to use a water-blade to wipe off the windows, but the blade was dirty.
So, I grabbed a paper towel, wiped some water off the car and stopped in my tracks.
The paper towel was covered with brown paint.

Ths car's paint looks like it's oxidized to me - glossy on the sides, "fuzzy" looking on the top. It looks nice when it's wet.
I'm going to sell it to my friend as her first car (her learner, and she's doing repairs on it before she buys it). I want to do something about the paint, and I know nothing about paint.

I did see some amazing results on an oxidized red saab from the same vintage with Zymol, which I can get at O'reilly/Kragen/checkers/schucks.


Out of curiousity, I rubbed a spot for a few seconds. It looks *slightly* less fuzzy and more clear than the spots around it, but I don't want to go removing paint.
Should I just get the car super clean, then give it a shot with zymol, or should I be trying to remove the "fuzzy" paint?
