overdrive solenoid 240DL :90: 200

Attempting to remove the overdrive solenoid at the transmission to replace with IPD constant 4th gear upgrade plate. However, the rear bolt (after PB blaster), has rounded on the first attempt to break free.
I have no clue as to what I can do or use to now free that bolt. I have lowered the trany just a bit to get at the solenoid better but as you know it's a tight spot.
Any thoughts here?? I could really use all angles of thought! I was using a 12mm offset ratchet wrench.
