93 California O2 sensor which one 900 1993

1993 945T Production date 1/93 on door sill sticker states. First sold in California so I imagine was California emission spec car.

Check engine light comes on. Code is 2-1-2 which is O2 sensor heater. The FAQ says
13957 Bosch 3 wire Direct fit for 940T till 3/31/93 with no mention of California emission cars. Then the list splits from 4/1/1993 production date forward with separate lists for California emission cars. It says 13376 Bosch 3 wire Direct fit for California emission cars 4/1/1993 forward.

Since I presumably have a California emission equipped car which O2 sensor is correct. Is the production date on the door sill accurate stating 1/93 or do all 93s have this date? 10th digit on the VIN is a P which is 1993 model year.

Dropdown lists at FCP and IDP are not helpful in deciding.

I keep telling myself that this shouldn't be this hard but it is.
