Some reason the service light comes on the dash when I start the car and goes off after about 1-2 minuets after driving it. I tried pulling the codes before I started it the other day but I just get 1-1-1 all normal.
I believe it may be time to change out the catalytic converter as it is rusted but not through and I wonder if the sensor there is miss reading until it starts to warm up.

Any thoughts? (1991 240DL) 201300mi
