Voltmeter charging drop 200 1987

Hi!

It has been a long time since I logged to brickboard. I sure missed it a lot! Anyway, I have 2 concerns:

1. At night, my voltmeter registers a dangerously low voltage (borderline of the red and white bar on the left during idling) upon clicking on of the aircon aux fan, despite of the fact that I have upgraded my alternator to 80 amps. How can I solve this concern?

2. I have finally restored my headlight wipers. Unfortunately, the "wiping" movement never synchronizes. It always end up one wiper settles on the 3:00 (correct)position, while to other varies (1:00 or 2:00 position). How does one synchronize both movements?
