How do I reach the AMM/s hi-pot to tune it with the engine running? 200 1984

Hello hello!

So I want to tune my AMM, since I never have. I bought a $2 12V LED from radioshack yesterday and hooked it up. It's staying on a lot more than staying off, but the hi-pot is on the bottom of the AMM, and I'd almost have to have my hand through the alternator belt to adjust it.

How am I supposed to reach the hi-pot?
