1990 740 Girling front caliper - what size Allen key to remove?

1990 740 Turbo Wagon, Girling ABS calipers. Just started to service the front brakes and the first surprise is the caliper bolts are not hex head and need an Allen key. What size do I need? My Allen sets don't go large enough and I have to go out and buy a set - metric or inch or ???
