Trouble accelerating from standstill 200 1992

My 92 240 GL recently started having trouble accelerating from a stop... The engine sputters and jerks, and I have stalled out twice. This only happens within the first 10-15 minutes of driving, even around town. It idles fine and once I'm rolling, acceleration is no longer an issue. Runs fine at highway speeds. I replaced the fuel pump relay and the fuel filter was replaced about two years ago. Any ideas on what else I should check out?
