Managed to screw up and partially strip the upper real shock mount nut and the bolt (using an impact driver of course).

I am comfortable with installing a helicoil, but I need to know the proper size and thread pitch for both the bolt and the helicoil. I seem to think it's an M8 or M10...

Can anyone fill me in? I need to make this repair as soon as possible.
