Engine Swap '91 B230FT into an '83 DL w/M46 Work? 200 1983

My question is: Does anyone have any experience swapping out a B23 engine from an '83 242 DL with a B230FT/automatic trans which came off a '91 740 turbo wagon and mate it with the existing M46 manual tranny on a 242DL? Are there any potential fitment issues on the motor and tranny for this project?

All wiring is complete on the B230FT but I am just worried that the B230FT with the autotrans will not fit my M46 trans.

Please advise
