740 fails emission test 700

Hi Guys,
I just bombed my echeck in ohio, (194k) the NO was too high 1378 my score -780 is passing
I have been working on the car, I did the intake manifold gasket, the oil sep
box, flame trap and I wiped down the throttle body, I also attached the air temp sensor to the air intake, it was just stuck in there and I used a zip tie to secure it to the intake,
I had the car running pretty nice and was happy with the progress I made...
well any ideas would be grand,
thanks guys,
