Life expectancy before needing to replace: 200

I realize this is subject to how hard you drive/weather/etc, but what is the life expectancy of the following two system/items in everyone's experience, and has anyone replaced them, say at 200-250K, BEFORE they fail:

1. Rear wheel bearings

2. Drive shaft bearing/rubber/U joints

Thanks. Always appreciate the input.
