How to dispose of old gasoline 700 1991

The 1991 745 turbo has been sitting for a year and a half after an coolant loss/overheat incident. I have all that fixed now, but don't want to even try to fire it up with gas that old in it. It had/has about 3/4 of a tank. Our county recycles oil, and accepts toxic waste on Mondays, at the dump. Should I just haul the old gas to the dump somehow? Anyone know an easy way to get the gas out of the tank that won't include a gas bath for me?
