740 oil cap leak 700

Hey Guys,
did the flame trap and oil sep box,
made huge diff in rear main seal leak
however still getting the oil blowby from
the cap, did the jiggle test in it does jiggle
also tried another cap same deal
any ideas? Did I miss something?
