Clean Out The Cowl Air Intake? 200

Just noticed that the 92's air intake for the vent and heater into the cabin is thoroughly packed with pine needles and crap. Short of getting one of those grabbers on a spring and fishing this stuff out from the outside, is there a way to clean this stuff out from the inside without dismantling too much of the dash...or is it even possible?
