Hello,
I've checked everything, fuel pressure, spark, noid light flashes, exhaust free, disconnected AMM, wiring harness and grounds - perfect. Last shot is a used ECU to see if that helps a potential 'weak' transistor not letting the FI open (low current). The voltage drop from the battery + to FI + pin is 0.25V and from FI (-) to ground about 9.5V (reasonable given the low duty cycle).
Has anyone seen a faulty LH2.2 544 ECU? They are apparently very robust.
The car starts about 1 out of ten times.
(I thought I was on to something when I found that the red-black wire from the ECU to ignition measured 4-ohms, but the OD relay (automatic) shorts this to ground via the OD dashboard lamp. Not the problem.)
Any thought s before I buy another ECU (the old, flashes a noid light)would be appreciated. Thanks.
