'91 745 Turbo.... Starts, wants to sputter/stall until I hit 2k RPM, then cleans up 700 1991

This morning, started my car (after about a week or two of sitting) and tried to drive it. It was bucking and acting like really bad gas, UNTIL I got it up to abotu 1800-2000 RPM, at which point, it seemed to run fine. But when I dropped RPM's back down to lower than that, it started running really rough again. Died a couple of times. I drove it about 10 miles in city (stop and go) by putting in nuetral and keeping RPMs up, and eventually it seemed to clean itself up and run fine, even at low rpms/////// Ideas? Fuel Pump going out?? Just trash in system? Vacuum leaks? All of the above? :( Anyway, would appreciate some ideas to check first when I get some more money in to fix it.. thanks!
