Oxygen Sensor Error Code & Trouble Shooting 200 1992

Back in April I installed a new oxygen sensor (Bosch I think) in my 240 wagon. The car is now throwing a check engine light with trouble code 2-1-2 for a faulty oxygen sensor.

Any ideas on trouble shooting this?

So far I've looked at the wires leaving the sensor and all 3 look good there.
Under the hood at the firewall the two wires from the sensor go to a harness and seem fine. Then the 3rd wire (ground wire I think) plugs into another harness connection. Again it looks fine.

I tried to check for continuity on the ground wire, but I can't seem to complete the circuit. I took my meter and went from the sensor wire to a ground point with no continity. I then went from the wire harness to a ground point and got no continuity. Am I doing something wrong?

So how do I trouble shoot this issue going forward?

Thanks,

Tom
