Turbo seized, yet still driving around albeit slower... 700 1986

Confirmed turbine seizure! Plan to replace with water-cooled front-facing bolted Mitsubishi (old one is Garrett back-facing bolted oil cooled)

My internet research is turning up Tasca with lowest price for new $770 (w/o core). A couple places have remanufactured ones for $625. I'm not going to rebuild it myself, or teardown/install unit.

Volvo and Saab Dismantlers have used $250 units.

What's the opinion in Brickboard for turbo replacement? I'm not looking for extra performance, just the return of turbo boost!
