Control Arm Bushings: How to Set Rubber Bushing Preload B4 Torque?!?!?! 200

Folks,

Welp, A senior moment?

I know to set preload on new Volvo 240 control arm bushings.

I have no lift - just a garage. Yet, I have done this before and can't recall how I did it.

So, with a loose (or snug) rear control arm nut and a loose (or snug) front control arm bolt and nut (through the spot on the engine support member), with tires on the car and the wee beastie resting peacefully ....

Please, please, please ....

How do access the rear control arm bushing nut and the front control arm bushing bolt and nut with the tires on and the Volvo 240 resting peacefully, awaiting this new rubber bushing 'cartilage' for the next drive?

Also, is there any way to access the passenger (right) side rear control arm bushing nut with a tool to tighten it WITHOUT dropping the head pipe?

I've done this before like a dozen times or more. I've also done this using a ramp lift you drive the car onto and torque this hardware while it rests six feet in the air.

I've also done this using a service tunnel (like those at oil change centers), yet I have access to none of this, and I'm at a witless end without wits.

PLEASE advise. Please help. I'm just fretting and what not. I can't believe I forgot how to do this. I recall using a angled spanner or some kind of special 3/8" socket drive to access the passenger (right side) rear control arm bushing retainer nut without dropping the head pipe.

Yes, I searched the boards B4 asking you kind folks.

Please help. I'm sort of freakin'.

Is this Alzheimer's? Or am I just simply stupid? Sorry to be a bit panicked.

Thank you,
