It pays to crawl around under the car from time to time 200

Actually I was not there for amusement, but for some routine maintenance when I happened to notice the beginings of a fuel leak where the low pressure line enters the pump.

This was all that was left of the clamp. It's probably the original.





New clamp. No leak. Another disaster averted. But I will be monitoring the situation. My fear is the exterior of the hose may start to deteriorate.

So next time your under your 240 this is a good thing to check up on, if you're not already doing so. I sure wasn't.
