Shifter hard to put into park 200 1993

My MIL's 240 has a problem with the auto transmission shifter. When put in Park the car rolls unless the shifter is shoved forward extra hard. The reverse seems to be not at the R detent but somewhere between R and P.

Seems to me, the rear tranny mount is squashed and a new mount plus a set of shifter bushings oughta do it. What say the great minds around here?
