960 Wagon 6 cyl valve lifters

One Valve lifter making noise. Tried synthetic oil, worked OK. Any other suggestions, or does anyone know which valve is most likely to be the noisy one. Last one to get oil? At $75. each for a lifter, I can't afford to do them all. 1997 Volvo 960 wagon.
