Drivers seatbelt retractor won't extend. Was there any recall? 900 1994

Just started occurring last night. Takes about a minute to slowly extend the seat belt,otherwise it will lockup. It's probably a junk yard fix, but it never hurts to asking if there any Volvo recalls on the retractors that it might still qualify for.
