starter issues 200 1982

I am having a senior moment. It's been a long tome since i've seen a starter out of a car. I simply don't remember if there are two or three spade lugs on this. The boy's car stopped responding to they key for starting, I put things back where i thought i remembered them belonging, but apparently my logic was flawed as i have to jump power to the spade just under the battery wire. I have located what is probably the wire from the ignition switch. I say probably because the car has wiring cancer and the previous owner had an oil leak that has done bad things to the wire colors.
So there are only two spade lugs on the starter (that i can find), I will refer to them as the drivers side and passenger side to reduce my confusion. Then you can appropriately number them for me so I can figure out what i'm talking about.
On the driver's side lug there are two wires on one non oem connector brown and blue. On the passenger's side on other spade is everything else, which from my son's description were originally two wires in one connector that he swears he put back where they came from. Among then is the power from the ignition switch, i can find momentary voltage there as the key is turned.
Probably oughta start looking for wiring loom resources for it.
Any audio visual help is very much appreciated.
Thanks as always
Paul
