I've had a oil leak coming from the camshaft area,so have bought the seal to replace it(which is my next project)Today while the car was running I looked at the camshaft area and I could see the whole seal spinning Is this nornal? I was thinking that it would stay stationary while the camshaft is turning am I wrong?
