Loss of power when wet 200 1993

If my car is parked in the rain, it will have hard time starting, and running. Once it warms up, after 15 minutes or so, it starts to behave normally, and the power returns. What could it be? I'm guessing some electrical part is getting wet, but which one? The hood is closed, there are no leaks...
