240 DL not accelarating 200 1989

Have 89 240 dl. recently replaced AMFS, fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter.
ran fine for 24 hours then started having problems.
Volvo not getting gas when i accelerate. In fact the more i step on the gas pedal less power i have. Then i have to turn off car wait 10 minutes then it runs o.k.
for a little while.
Any ideas? anyone?
