850 Wagon... IAC "BUZZING' question S90-V90

hi Guys, I am new to the Volvo game, but have jumped in with both feet. I just picked up an 850 Wagon for my wife to drive this winter and I have a few questions.

First and foremost is the "Buzzing" coming from the IAC (Idle Air Control) unit.

I know it is supposed to "buzz" while the ignition is on and car is running, but this one buzzes for 5-10 seconds after I turn the key "OFF".

Just wondering if this is normal?
