Wiper chatter...streaking...etc.
A few years ago,my German friend gave me a secret for restoring wiper blades,stopping blade chatter, and eliminating streaking.......fabric softener!
Yes, a bit of normal laundry fabric softener can do some amazing things.
Experiment for yourself.
Dilute for general use.

Disclaimer:It may vary by brand,and it may smell a bit fluffy,,but,it's alot cheaper than buying Rain-X, etc.
