auxillary horn and wiring 200 1989

When it comes to electrical things im pretty much an ignoramus! (to say the least)

OK, I mounted an “auxiliary horn“, it has 2 terminals for the wires: one negative (black), one positive (red).

Here’s the plan: run a wire to the battery, then to the push-button (that activates the horn) I bought and will put on the dash. That button also has 2 terminals, so here’s the questions: do I run the positive red wire to the battery, then on to the button and the black (negative/ground) wire from the horn straight to the button by-passing the battery or vice versa?

I also have an inline fuse, so where in the lines do I put that? On the red wire or black wire; after battery or before battery?? Thanks again.
