Wipers won't turn off 700 1992

Had some work done on my 745. Intermittent stalling problems. Get it back, runs fine.
Now the front AND rear wipers start up and run by themselves and won't turn off from the stalk switch.
BUlb failure light pulses on and off while this is happening. Totally intermittent. Huh?
