Trying to locate/resolve a coolant leak 200 1993

I've developed a leak where every 72 hours I have to refill my reservoir with 4 liters of coolant. I'll put down my findings/symptoms in point form.

- I only have to drive 7km each way to work every day. When accelerating I can hear an audible gurgling/bubbling sound

- There's no massive pools underneath the car.

-I've attached a photo where I found green liquid. Taking in consideration the cramped quarters , lack of lighting, this was the best I could do. Down below, where the starter is, etc is covered with green liquid spots.

Your help/suggestions are much appreciated
